2. What is your timezone and overlap?
I am based in Kathmandu, Nepal (UTC+5:45). I have full overlap with European timezones and typically offer a 3-4 hour overlap window for US-East (EST) morning starts. I am very comfortable working asynchronously.
3. Do you require sponsorship?
No. For remote roles, I work as an international contractor. You do not need to provide a visa or sponsorship.
4. How can you be paid?
I can be paid via contractor management platforms like Deel orRemote.com, or via direct wire transfer (Wise/SWIFT).
5. What is your notice period?
I am currently available to start immediately or within a standard 2-week notice window depending on the project.
