As Mobile Team Lead at Uno Technology, I lead and mentor a high-performing cross-platform mobile development team. I manage the entire product lifecycle — from ideation, UX/UI design, through development, QA, deployment, and post-launch support. My role ensures we deliver scalable, high-quality, cost-efficient mobile apps using Flutter, Android, and iOS, aligned with the company’s mission of innovation and client success. I drive Agile practices, champion CI/CD, and promote a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

At Code Himalaya, I led a cross-functional mobile team composed of Flutter, Android, and iOS developers. I oversaw agile project planning, sprint execution, and delivery of native and cross-platform mobile applications. My leadership contributed to building innovative, user-centric mobile products using GraphQL backend, Strapi CMS, and CI/CD pipelines, while maintaining high development standards and pushing for performance, maintainability, and long-term scalability.

As a Programming Instructor at Medhavi College, Shubhashree College, and SAIM College, I teach Core Java, JavaScript, React, PHP, C Programming, and Mobile Programming to undergraduate students. I create structured, practical, and industry-focused lessons that include hands-on coding exercises, real-world projects, and best practices in modern software development. My classes help students strengthen their programming fundamentals, improve problem-solving skills, and build the technical knowledge needed for careers in web development, software engineering, and mobile app development.

As a freelance mobile developer and mentor, I worked directly with clients on e-commerce, ride-sharing, hotel booking, and fintech applications across Android, iOS, and Flutter. I also guided students in building robust final-year academic projects, from the ground up, helping them align with both academic requirements and industry standards. I consistently delivered client satisfaction through reliable, maintainable, and well-tested mobile applications.

In my role at Nepali Coders, I led native Android and iOS app development for U.S.-based clients using Java, Kotlin, Swift, and SwiftUI. I ensured high performance, a seamless user experience, and cross-functional collaboration, while driving best practices in app architecture, modernization, and cross-platform interoperability.

Starting as an intern and progressing to software developer, I developed native mobile applications for Android and iOS using Java, Kotlin, and Swift. I focused on performance, usability, and code quality, contributing to key projects and growing through hands-on experience and mentorship.
